We rent football fields and hold free training sessions for children

Each of our football fields is a safe space. Here, it's not about sports performance

Iskra is about the game itself, communicating with others, mutual respect, interest in what we love, honesty, and openness

We choose project locations based on applications we receive from activists who will act as coaches. You don't need vocational training to apply and become an Iskra coach — our methodologists will teach you everything you need to know.

All our coaches get paid for their work. We will always be in touch with you to answer any questions you might have about our training methods, plan and hold events, and discuss project development.

The first recruitment stage for football classes in Russia is already finished. You can see the results here. However, you still have a chance to join Iskra and become one of our coaches in Russia. To participate, please fill out the application form.

HOW OUR PROJECT WORKS:

During the first stage, we collect applications from those who want to join Iskra and teach kids football. We look for activists from small towns (between 10,000 and 50,000 people) in Russia. If you share our values, are ready to find a training site in your town, and want to become one of our coaches — send us your application.

FOR US, CHOOSING THE RIGHT COACHES IS CRUCIAL

WE WILL CAREFULLY REVIEW ALL APPLICATIONS AND TALK TO THE CANDIDATES PERSONALLY IF NECESSARY

The second stage involves an interview, after which we will together look for opportunities to rent a training site for our project

ONCE ALL THE SITES HAVE BEEN SELECTED, WE WILL BEGIN RENTING THE FIELDS, PREPARING THEM, AND TEACHING THE COACHES

FINALLY, WHEN EVERYTHING IS READY, KIDS CAN START PLAYING FOOTBALL UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF OUR COACHES, WHO CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON OUR SUPPORT

Our players

WE CONNECT ALL OF OUR GROUPS TO JUNISTAT

This means that all players receive a personal card, a digital profile, and a rating in the international database of young players

We hope that kids from different Iskra locations will be able to meet each other at tournaments and other events organized by us, and that our coaches will be able to learn from each other.

We look forward to coming up with many new interesting ideas as well as finding friends and partners whith whom we will be able to create something truly impressive.
